Aluminum alloy spacers for 03+ Panther rear lower shock mount.
Most shocks have a 1.5" bushing but the 03-11 Crown Vic, Grand Marquis and Town Car have a 2.5" bushing. These sleeves will be needed to fit a standard shock.
