Shipping policy

All orders are subject to the lead times we have posted on the web site header, or two weeks if none is posted. Some parts may be in process, but are expected to be available within the lead time. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, Shipping is calculated at check out based on a correct 5 digit zip code. Failure to enter your zip code correctly will stall processing your order and possibly add to shipping charges. All orders to Canada are shipped UPS with tracking information. Tracking numbers are sent when an package ships to the e-mail address the purchaser provided.

Shipping times given by carriers such as USPS "2 day shipping" are how long the carrier promises it will take ONCE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. Be aware since the start of the pandemic all shipping companies have suspended their guarantees.

On Track Off Road is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event of a lost or damaged package, it is the responsibility of the receiver to follow UPS or USPS guidelines outlined on their respective web site. This is generally filing within 7 days and pictures of any damaged packages prior to opening them. Failure to follow these guidelines and provide the needed information to file the claim, will result in a no fault and no claim.
